It says my CPU is throttling, but I checked my power plan and max processor power setting is at 100%. The problem with Userbenchmark is because the scores compared are user submitted, this may skew the perception of 'normal' towards the higher end of performance where. Use professional reviews and run the benchmarks they've used against your computer. So, I decided to run userbenchmark and see what it had to say. Also don't use Userbenchmark to determine if your computer is running within expectations.
